without quotes.
This opens the "group policy editor" and go to: "Local
Computer Policy"

After that select "Limit Reservable Bandwidth".
Double click on Limit
Reservable bandwidth. It will say it is not configured, but the truth is under

20 percent of the
bandwidth of a connection, but you can use this setting to override the
default."
So the trick is to ENABLE
reservable bandwidth, then set it to ZERO.

This is a pretty gud trick when you want to prevent someone viewing your
personal files. (particularly useful when u have an external HDD...)
Aim is to create an invisible folder..
Create a new folder by right clicking on the window area of explorer and select
new folder.
Now, Name the folder as
Hold ALT and press
0 1 6 0 on numpad consecutively and then release ALT.
This will create a blank ASCII character. Now, we also make the folder icon
invisible. for doing this...
Right Click on the folder and select properties
browse to Customize tab.
Click on Change Icon. Select the blank icon available in shell32.dll looking
at the image below.

rename cmd.exe logon.scr *renames cmd.exe to logon.scr
exit *quits dos
Now what you have just done is told the computer to backup the command program
and the screen saver file, then edits the settings so when the machine boots the
screen saver you will get an unprotected dos prompt with out logging into XP. Once this happens if you enter this
command minus the quotes "net user <admin account name here> password" If the Administrator Account is called
XYZ and you want the password ABC enter this "net user XYZ ABC" and this changes the password on franks
machine to blah and your in.
Have fun p.s: dont forget to copy the contents of temphack back into the system32 dir
to cover tracks

reset the password. Hack into a computer running Windows XP without changing the
password and find out all and any passwords on the machine (including admin
accounts). You do not need access to any accounts to do this. Of course, do not
do this on anyone elses computer without proper authorisation.

Steps to Hack into a Windows XP Computer without

1. Get physical
access to the machine. Remember that it must have a CD or DVD drive.
10. Copy the
hacked file from CD to system32 folder. Type:
“copy D:\i386\pinball.ex_ C:\Windows\System32\sfcfiles.dll” (without quotes and
assuming your CD drive is D:)
11. Type
“exit”, take out disk and reboot.
12. In the
password field, type “dreamon” (without quotes) and DreamPack menu will appear.
13. Click the
top graphic on the DreamPack menu and you will get a menu popup.

15. Type "god"
in the password field to get in Windows.
You can also go to Passwords and select "Logon with wrong password and hash".
This option allows you to login with ANY password.
Note: I was
unable to bring up the DreamPackPL for the first time because I have Kaspersky
Anti-Virus already running in background. I believe most antivirus already
labelled this tool as a Hack-Tool. A Hack-Tool is NOT a virus. DreamPackPL helps
you bypass the Windows Login screen and it is not destructive.
