How to turn on your pc 10 seconds
Please do not perform
this operation unless you are good at system registry.
Before you start make sure you make a backup copy of your system registry.
Note:
It might vary
from 10 seconds depending on your system speed .
1. Goto
Start->run and type
regedit and
press enter.This will open Registry Editor
2. Now look for
the key
HKEY_LOACAL_MECHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\ContentIndex

There You can find a key called "Startup
Delay" Double
Click On It.

Now where its Base Click Decimal.
5.
Now its Default Value Is
4800000
(75300:hexadecimal) Change The Value To
40000 .
Now Close the system registry and restart the computer .
